The Butchery “da Paoletto”, in the historical centre of Mezzolombardo, has successfully embraced the challenge of technological innovation by restyling and therefore attracting customers from all over South Tyrol.

The important features at the Butchery “da Paoletto” are its two Etoile display counters, purposely chosen in a G-concept version, the specific refrigeration system for meat. Thanks to the combination of ventilated refrigeration and a refrigerated base with a glycol chiller system, this system maintains greater humidity in the display area, reduces weight loss for meat drying and allows, with the help of a night shield, the product to be stored for several days inside the display counter. The everyday operations of setting up and clearing the display counter are no longer necessary, thus saving considerable time. For displaying cold cuts, the EPV wall cabinet was chosen in a version with two shelves, sliding doors and an efficient lighting system so that products are always visible to customers.
